Return & Refund Policy

At Habshi Classic, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our herbal/Unani products and for hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

7-Day Return / Replacement

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong product
  • A defective or leaking product
  • A product with a broken seal at the time of delivery

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at habshiclassic@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The original packaging and seal should be intact.
  • You must provide your order details/proof of purchase.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, except where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with a broken seal after delivery
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
  • Products returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned product, where applicable, has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
